When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the Get Quote form, we do not record the visitor’s IP address and browser, however, we have algorithms and to help spam detection.

Oceans Republic Company Limited reserves the right to all images and media on the website. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website, and mention our company name if they wish to upload it in any blog, website, or any written form.

Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help, simply contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
The customer is responsible for the return cost of the package unless the return is due to a fulfillment error. We recommended using a tracked service as the package remains the customer's responsibility until it has been delivered.
We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to place the order.
We do not currently offer exchanges as part of the returns policy.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as (if applicable) any item not being returned in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
In some cases of customers outside the territory of Vietnam, the return of goods will be done based on negotiation in each specific case like fault in manufacturing.
Goods damaged due to poor handling of logistics should be notified to us with damaged pictures of both goods and cartons. For legal liability claims where customers did not buy insurance, it's a set amount per the weight of the item or the invoice value, whichever is lesser (i.e. $0.50/lb) and no freight charges. Insurance on the other hand covers full value and all freight charges.
Purchase of Freight Insurance is the duty of the customer which is an extra fee on top of the freight charges and we should be advised or notified about it before we ship the cargo to the destination.
